Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces, ensuring that gardens, lawns, and landscapes are kept in pristine condition. This role requires a hands-on approach to groundskeeping, utilising both hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks.
Desired Skills / Experience
- Experience in grounds maintenance including ride on mowers, strimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying.
- Full clean driving licence with towing trailer entitlement.
- Physically fit.
- PA1/PA6 weed killing tickets would be an advantage.
- Chainsaw NPTC would be an advantage.

Skills
- Proficient in groundskeeping techniques with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
- Ability to operate both hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work in all gardening tasks.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of plant care and horticultural practices is advantageous.
