Kaytons Estate Agents is a well established firm based in Manchester City Centre looking to add a new member to their professional and experienced team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the daily roles attributed to sales. They are expected to have experience within the industry.

Type: Full Time
Salary: Basic salary: from £27,000 - £29,000 (+Commission) per annum. OTE over £40,000pa.
Basic salaries negotiable depending on experience with a generous commission structure and company benefits.
Hours: Average 39 hours per week. Shift pattern can vary.
Role:
- Arranging & conducting viewings with prospective buyers
- Liaising with applicants, buyers and vendors
- Registering and updating applicants on our database
- Handling all sales enquiries (internet, telephone & walk-ins)
- Providing regular updates to all vendors
- Reporting and negotiating offers
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and solicitors through to completion.
Requirements:
- Passionate, motivated and enthusiastic
- Previous experience within the industry is essential
- Local knowledge of Manchester City Centre and surrounding areas
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Well organised, professional & punctual
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication & negotiating skills
- Full Clean UK Driving License
