Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage
- Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports for management review
- Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and administrative records
- Support general office administration including correspondence, scheduling, and data entry
- Liaise with external accountants or auditors as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organisational policies
Qualifications
We are happy for a school leaver or someone who has experience. The individual would need to be able to work as a team, and ready to learn new skills.
