Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Ofsted Registered Childminder to provide high-quality childcare in a safe and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will be partnering with other stakeholders to set up a child minding agency. Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones
- Communicating effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's needs and progress
- Organising daily routines including meal times, play, rest, and educational activities
- Supporting children with their individual needs, including behavioural guidance and emotional support
- Upholding Ofsted regulations and maintaining a clean, organised, and child-friendly environment
- Assisting with transportation as required, including driving children to activities or appointments
Qualifications
- Valid Ofsted registration as a Childminder
- Experience in childcare, nannying, teaching or similar roles is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of child development principles and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Driving licence preferred to facilitate transportation responsibilities
- Passionate about nurturing children's growth and fostering a positive learning environment
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of care

Pay: £12.91-£21.08 per hour
