We are a well-established and growing landscaping company based in South London, currently seeking a highly experienced Hard Landscaper to join our team for the 2026 season.
This role is focused on construction and installation projects, working across high-quality residential and selected commercial sites throughout South London.
Start Date: June 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of hard landscaping elements including:
- Porcelain and natural stone paving
- Timber and composite decking
- Fencing, screening and boundary structures
- Retaining walls, sleepers and brickwork
- Groundworks, foundations and sub-base preparation
- Setting out levels, falls and drainage correctly in line with specifications
- Operating and maintaining professional tools and machinery
- Reading and working from drawings, plans and site instructions
- Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Representing the company professionally on-site at all times
What We Offer:
- 6-day working week
- Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 / 17:30
- Weekly net pay: £1020 – £1110, depending on experience and performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hard landscaping (mandatory)
- Strong competency in: Paving (porcelain & natural stone), Decking installation, Fencing and structural timber work, Sub-base preparation (MOT Type 1, compaction, levels)
- Ability to set out and work accurately to levels and falls
- Good understanding of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow site specifications
- Skilled in the use of construction tools and machinery (cut-off saws, plate compactors, etc.)
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and lead small teams when required
- Good problem-solving ability on-site
Essential:
- Valid Settled or Pre-Settled Status (right to work in the UK)
Highly Desirable:
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience driving vans and transporting materials
- Basic understanding of drainage and groundwork systems
Important:
