We are seeking motivated and reliable full-time Chefs with a passion for food, especially baking. This role involves independently preparing high-quality baked goods, salads, and sandwiches, following specified recipes and maintaining excellent food safety standards. Successful candidates will thrive in an independent work environment, managing their tasks and time efficiently while consistently delivering exceptional results.
- Baking Experience: Prior experience in baking bread, cakes, pastries, and similar items is highly desirable.
- Food Hygiene Certification: Possession of a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, particularly when working independently.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and an organized workspace.
- Baking: Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, cakes, pastries, and other items, adhering to specified recipes and standards.
- Food Preparation: Create fresh salads, sandwiches, and other menu items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Recipe Compliance: Follow provided recipes and specifications to deliver uniform and high-quality products.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Time Management: Efficiently organize tasks to meet preparation deadlines while upholding high standards of quality.
- Workspace Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized, following established cleaning schedules.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members and management to address issues, ingredient needs, or feedback effectively.
