We have an exciting opportunity available for a casual part time clinic support specialist at our Cardiff branch!
As a Client Support Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are treated with the utmost respect and receive a five-star service throughout their time with us, that always exceeds expectations.
The job will require meeting and greeting clients, completing daily checklists, taking payments, promoting sales and earning commision, providing phlebotomy services and keeping the clinic clean and tidy
Full phlebotomy training will be provided.
The successful candidate will need to be available Tuesdays 07:30-14:30 and Thursdays 14:00-19:00. Weekend availability is also encouraged
Candidates need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business also covering for holiday and sickness periods within the South Wales region.
The right person will require excellent customer service skills and have a positive I can do attitude.
