Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated member of Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness
- Restock and maintain the upkeep of our bars during trading time
- Liaise with staff and management during the shift regarding the needs for our bars
- Support bartending duties when necessary, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the establishment
- Work on our bars when required serving customers with excellent service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong understanding and ability to speak English is preferred on this occasion due to the nature of the role.

We are looking for someone who is willing to join our team over the weekends for the foreseeable future. Candidates who do not reside in Cheltenham/Gloucestershire, or who will be back and fourth from the area throughout the year will not be considered for this role.
