The opportunity sits within one of our Account Management teams, delivering lease expense auditing and service charge management to a range of high-profile clients. We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated individual with a genuine drive to progress and develop their career with us.
We welcome applications for both full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time (minimum 22.5 hours per week) positions. Part-time hours can be worked over three full days per week or spread across four or five days to provide flexibility around other commitments.
Please note that this is a fully office-based role, we do not offer hybrid or remote working.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within the commercial property sector, and will have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key responsibilities include analysing lease information alongside evaluating and inputting of invoices, updating our in-house database with data, requesting outstanding information, and responding to queries. The role will also involve assisting in identifying financial discrepancies and supporting the negotiation of settlements with landlords or their managing agents.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong office administration experience, commercial property experience preferred
- Highly numerical, including confidence in checking and verifying financial information
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of all MS Office packages - Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Extremely well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable adapting to new systems and procedures
- Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
In return, we offer a starting salary of £26,000 to £30,000 (FTE), and 25 days’ annual leave plus bank/statutory holidays, with salary and annual leave entitlement calculated on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees.
