Junior Sales & Events Executive – Seasoned Events
County Hall, Belvedere Rd, London SE1 7GP
Monday – Friday
8:30 am – 5:30 pm
33 days holiday per annum including bank holidays

We are hospitality 7 event management caterers providing the freshest, seasonal, sustainable, ethical, and local ingredients.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales & Events Executive to join our growing team within our London venues. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in venue sales, event management, and hospitality within the unique world of London.
The successful candidate will support the sales and events team in delivering exceptional client experiences, from initial enquiry through to event delivery. We are looking for an organised, confident, and proactive individual with previous experience working within a livery hall, heritage venue, or high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with venue enquiries and sales administration
- Conducting venue show rounds and supporting client meetings
- Preparing proposals, contracts, and event documentation
- Coordinating event logistics with catering and operational teams
- Supporting the delivery of corporate events, dinners, receptions, and private functions
- Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Maintaining CRM systems and responding promptly to enquiries
- Supporting business development and networking opportunities
About You
- Previous experience within an event venue environment preferred
- Passion for hospitality, events, and client service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional and confident manner
- Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and event administration systems
- Flexible approach to occasional evening events
