We are looking for enthusiastic part time Cafe Assistant to join our busy team in our Café 1947. The successful candidate will be smart, presentable and reliable, who are ideally from a catering background, but more importantly should be passionate about great food and service, with a can do attitude.
Contract:- Permanent
Hours:- Minimum of 23 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends
Core Duties:-
· To ensure that you have a full product knowledge of all menu items and their service, to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
· To ensure that all personnel procedures and company standards are adhered to at all times.
- Deal with customers in a friendly & professional manner at all times.
- Prepare and serve the highest standard of food for our customers.
- Clear and clean tables, as necessary.
- Deal effectively with customer issues.
- Demonstrate an awareness of the importance of hygiene in all that you do.
- Maintain a clean working environment at all times.
- Demonstrate a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Focus on the needs of our customers, both internal and external
