Megamix Concrete is looking for a reliable and hardworking Class 1 or 2 Driver to join our growing team.
This role involves delivering concrete using a volumetric mixer to customers across Cheshire and the surrounding areas. Experience operating a volumetric mixer is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver concrete safely and professionally to customer sites.
Operate a volumetric concrete mixer.
Assist with barrowing concrete into place where required.
Load materials and carry out daily vehicle checks.
Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
Provide excellent customer service on site.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
Full UK Class 1 or 2 (Category C) driving licence.
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
Reliable, punctual and safety conscious.
Good communication skills.
Physically fit and willing to undertake manual work when required.
Desirable
Previous experience driving volumetric concrete mixers or working within the concrete industry.
