We currently have a vacancy for an experience cook at #STOVE cafebistro, a popular spot to eat out at Cranswick Garden Centre. We are seeking a skilled an passionate cook to join our team 5 days a Week, Pay based on experience.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with menu development and recipe creation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Please note that bartending experience is not relevant to the role of Chef.
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
