Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Assistant to join our administrative team. Duties
- Create and upload invoices to client third party systems.
- Paying supplier invoices.
- Chasing overdue invoices and providing reports to management.
- Dealing with customer invoice enquiries.
- Adding compliance reports to CRM systems.
- Manage and update client accounts, invoices, and payment records
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries as appropriate
- Organise and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, document creation, and scheduling
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
- Support the team with clerical duties including typing, note-taking, and calendar managementQualifications
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
