Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Dust surfaces, empty trash bins, and sanitize high-touch areas to promote hygiene and safety
- Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with sanitation standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly for quick resolution
- Use janitorial equipment properly to maximize cleaning effectiveness while ensuring safety
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
- Knowledge of basic health and safety practices related to cleaning procedures
