Located in the heart of East London (bordering Hackney and Islington), MG Osteopathy & Physiotherapy, Sports Injury Clinic is an established, high-end multidisciplinary clinic. We specialise in offering a holistic, hands-on, and evidence-based approach to pain relief, sports rehabilitation, and long-term movement optimization.
Our collaborative team includes fully registered Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and Personal Trainers. We have state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities, and we utilize cutting-edge treatment modalities like Shockwave Therapy.
We are looking to expand our multidisciplinary offerings by bringing in a passionate, commercially minded Podiatrist to fully own, manage, and scale the podiatry arm of our clinic.
The Role & Growth Opportunity
This is not just a shift-covering position. We are looking for an entrepreneurial clinician who wants the autonomy to fully manage their own patient caseload while working directly alongside our Founder, Murat Gecmen, and the clinical team to grow the department.
You will have a massive opportunity to tap into our large, active patient database and benefit from immediate cross-referrals from our busy team of Osteopaths and Physios (particularly regarding gait analysis, sports injuries, lower limb trauma, and foot health). In return, we expect you to be a proactive advocate for the clinic, driving internal and external growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Autonomously assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of MSK lower limb and foot conditions (plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, sports injuries, gait inefficiencies and more).
- Caseload Management: Take full responsibility for your patients' end-to-end journey—from initial assessment to building tailored rehab and orthotics frameworks.
- Practice Growth: Proactively identify internal referral opportunities, cross-refer back to our Osteo/Physio team, and contribute ideas to market the podiatry service to the wider Hackney/Islington community.
- Integration: Utilize our high-tech setup (including aligning treatments with shockwave therapy or exercise-based gym rehab where appropriate).
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous, secure, and timely clinical records using our clinic management system.
- Marketting & Running events: Creating social networking and strong cumminity around MG
Requirements
- Qualifications: BSc degree in Podiatry / Podiatric Medicine.
- Registrations: Active HCPC registration and valid Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Specialism: A dedicated focus or post-graduate interest in Musculoskeletal (MSK) podiatry, sports injuries, and biomechanical gait analysis.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial "growth mindset." You must be motivated by the prospect of building a busy diary and acting as the clinical lead for Podiatry at MG.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to smoothly collaborate within a multi-lingual, multi-disciplinary clinic.
What We Offer
- Highly Competitive Fee-Split: Generous earning potential linked directly to your caseload performance.(50% + on Experience) + Performance bonus (Quarterly)
- Immediate Patient Access: A busy, highly rated East London clinic environment with an existing client base ready to be introduced to podiatry care.
- Premium Facilities: Access to fully accessible, modern treatment rooms and an on-site fitness/rehabilitation space.
- True Autonomy: The freedom to run your practice your way, with complete control over your schedule and diary availability.
