As Nursery Manager, you'll:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing nursery team
- Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS
- Maintain excellent standards across the nursery environment
- Recruit, develop and support your team
- Drive occupancy and build strong relationships with families
- Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance
- Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
- Manage nursery administration, records and resources
- Support and mentor staff through regular supervision and appraisals
- Promote a positive, welcoming culture for children, parents and colleagues
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
- Has previous leadership experience within an Early Years setting
- Has an excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional childcare
- Can inspire, motivate and develop a successful team
- Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills
