We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Practitioner to join our team at our Saltaire Campus.
In this rewarding role, you will provide tailored learning and individual support to students with high needs and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them to fully engage in college life, achieve their goals and make meaningful progress in their learning journey.
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting learners with SEND and a good understanding of a range of additional needs, which may include: Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Social, emotional and mental health needs, Speech, language and communication difficulties, Dyspraxia, Moderate to severe learning difficulties.

Start Date: The College operates 2 starter/induction days per month to welcome and onboard new members. These are usually the first Monday and third Wednesday of each month (unless there is a bank holiday).
