An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join the team working for one of the UK's most successful private homecare organisations.
Located in Oxfordshire, you will be an effective member of the team taking responsibility of planning, assessing and evaluating the day-to-day care provided by staff to clients in the surrounding area.
The base salary is £26.5k plus paid mileage and additional on call.
It will be your responsibility to ensure a skilled workforce is in place and safe quality care is being delivered to all clients. The Monday-Friday office and field position requires at least one years experience in healthcare.
Driving License is essential along with Minimum NVQ 2 Health and Social Care.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Carrying out risk and needs assessments for clients
- Work in partnership with clients, families, carers and external healthcare professionals to ensure the seamless delivery of individual person-centered care
- Conducting spot checks and supervisions
- Be a single point of contact for all carers to offer support, advice and raise any issues with management team
- Complete administration duties producing accurate and clear records
- Liaise with management for clinical support
- Start-up, administration and review of new support packages
- Oversee care quality control
