We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Senior Events Coordinator/Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of our products at various film events . You should have a commercial background rather than a wedding/events background. The product is linked to Media and storage
This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in organisational skills, and possesses a passion for creating memorable experiences.
As a Senior Events Coordinator/ manger, you will help to coordinate,collaborate with the team to ensure each event is flawlessly executed, from corporate gatherings elevating our brand presence and fostering corporate engagement.
You will be based in Ashford Middlesex when not at events.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to secure services and resources needed for each event.
- Manage all aspects of event setup, including logistics, décor, technical requirements.
- Implement upselling strategies during events to maximize revenue opportunities while enhancing client satisfaction.
- Monitor event progress in real-time, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adapt plans as necessary.
- Lead post-event evaluations by gathering feedback and analyzing outcomes to improve future initiatives.
Requirements
- Receive and comprehend detailed client briefs.
- Prepare and present proposals and interpret visual plans.
- Negotiate directly with multiple clients, under the guidance of the Events Director, delivering build, branding & simple audio-visual requirements to contract stage and client commitment.
- Proven experience in event planning within corporate events settings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, team members effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase revenue streams during events.

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
