Are you passionate about property and driven by excellent customer service? We’re expanding our dynamic Lettings Team and looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused individual to help manage our growing portfolio of properties across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and handling tenant/landlord enquiries
- Arranging property maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Negotiating tenancy terms and managing renewals
- Managing client paperwork, bookings, and data entry
- Matching tenants to properties and providing accurate property details
- Creating and promoting property marketing materials (digital and visual)
- Assisting with office organisation and tenant registrations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Keeping your Line Manager informed of key updates and progress
- Removing properties from the market when let agreed
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident driver with a valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to travel for meetings with tenants and landlords
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and marketing tools
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to use initiative
- Strong determination to meet and exceed targets
- Experience is preferred but not essential — attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what really matter.
