A Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of food and beverage services. The role involves welcoming and serving customers, taking orders, preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, serve, and present food and drinks in accordance with company standards.
- Set up and clear tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints professionally.
- Process payments and operate tills or point-of-sale systems when required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Restock food, beverages, crockery, cutlery, and other supplies as needed.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Follow health and safety, food hygiene, and company procedures at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparation.
- Support other areas of the food and beverage operation when required.

Working Requirements:
Due to the nature of our business, flexibility is essential. You must be available to work:
- Weekends
- Evenings
- Public Holidays
- 5–6 days per week, including weekends
Available Shift Patterns
- 7:00am – 11:00am
- 8:00am – 12:00pm
- 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
