Are you confident supporting young people who may experience social, emotional and behavioural challenges?
We are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist educational environment in Waterlooville. Working closely with students, you'll play a key role in helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
- Support students on a one-to-one and group basis.
- Help manage challenging behaviour positively and consistently.
- Promote emotional wellbeing and resilience.
- Foster positive engagement within the classroom.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- SEN/SEMH education.
- Residential childcare.
- Youth offending services.
- Sports coaching.
- Mental health support.
- Care and support work.
