We are recruiting London residents for a fully funded Hospitality Skills Bootcamp starting Wednesday 2 September, linked directly to a range of live hospitality vacancies with two London employers.
Successful applicants will complete 2 weeks of live online training, receive interview preparation and then interview for suitable vacancies with our partner employers.
If you're suitable for more than one vacancy, you can be considered for and interview for multiple roles – giving you more opportunities to secure employment.
The Employers
You'll have the opportunity to interview for suitable roles with two established London hospitality employers:
Employer 1 – London Hotel Group
A well-known hotel in Shepherd's Bush offering a modern, guest-focused working environment. The employer is looking for friendly, reliable and positive people who enjoy working with others and are passionate about delivering great customer service.
Employer 2 – Central London Restaurant
A modern, high-quality restaurant in Marylebone offering contemporary Mediterranean hospitality. The restaurant is looking for energetic, customer-focused people who enjoy working in busy hospitality environments and want to develop their skills and career.
Vacancies Available
Hotel opportunities:
- Room Attendant – 7 vacancies – approx. £30,992 per year
- Kitchen Steward / Kitchen Porter – 1 vacancy – approx. £26,436.80 per year
- Bartender – 2 vacancies – approx. £27,700 per year
- Guest Experience Host / Front Desk Receptionist – 1 vacancy – approx. £27,900 per year
These are full-time roles. Candidates should be prepared to work flexibly according to hospitality business needs, which can include weekends and different shift patterns.
Restaurant opportunities:
- Waiter / Waitress – 2 vacancies – approx. £30,000–£32,000 per year, around 45 hours per week (minimum 6 months' relevant hospitality experience)
- Bartender / Barista – 1 vacancy – previous bartending experience and strong coffee/barista skills required

Previous hospitality experience is useful for some positions but is not essential for every vacancy. Relevant experience from customer service, retail, cleaning, catering, events and other customer-facing environments may also be suitable.
About the Hospitality Skills Bootcamp
Before interviewing with the employers, you'll complete a 2-week online Hospitality Skills Bootcamp designed to prepare you for these opportunities and give you the best possible chance of moving into employment.
Start date: Wednesday 2 September
Duration: 2 weeks, Monday–Friday
Time: 9:30am–3:30pm, including breaks
Location: Online via Zoom
Qualification: Level 3 non-accredited qualification in Customer Service for Hospitality
As part of the programme, you'll receive dedicated interview preparation and support before meeting the employers.
Candidates who successfully complete the Bootcamp will receive a guaranteed interview for suitable vacancies linked to the programme.
You are not limited to interviewing for one role. If your skills, experience and interests make you suitable for multiple vacancies, you may be put forward to interview for multiple roles across the partner employers, increasing your chances of securing a job.
Attendance throughout the training is mandatory.
