Key requirements & responsibilities for this role are :
- An excellent multitasker who works well under pressure.
- Guest Experience must be at the top of your agenda.
- You will meet and greet customers, assisting with any queries and promoting.
- A collaborative approach to working is a must.
- Supporting your team.
- Efficient quality control of the delivery of all restaurant items.
- You will help assist with marketing activities, such as local restaurant promotional events.
Qualifications
- Strong serving skills and knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in food preparation and a background in the restaurant industry
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Effective time management abilities to ensure timely service
- Upselling skills to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
