About our company
At Asterclass Academy, we believe education should help learners build not only academic knowledge, but also confidence, communication skills and the ability to approach future opportunities with clarity.
We are a boutique London-based education company offering English language programmes, 11+ and entrance exam preparation, UK education support, and personalised learning programmes for students and families.
As a growing business, we are focused on expanding our market presence in the UK and Asia, promoting our educational programmes and building a strong and sustainable pipeline of prospective students and families.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Freelance Marketing and Administrative Specialist to support our growth. This role will primarily focus on marketing, while also providing administrative and enrolment support where required.
Given our focus on both UK and Asian markets, particularly Hong Kong and Mainland China, the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of Asian audiences and be able to communicate effectively in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, including the ability to read and write Chinese.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment, is comfortable taking ownership of projects, and would like the opportunity to grow with the business.
About the Role
The primary focus of this position is to support the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of Asterclass Academy's marketing activities.
You will work closely with the team to promote our educational programmes, strengthen our digital presence, generate enquiries and leads, and support prospective students and families through the initial enrolment journey.
The role will also support marketing activities targeting Asian audiences, particularly families and students in Hong Kong and Mainland China. An understanding of the cultural, digital and communication landscape across these markets will therefore be important.
As we are a growing company, the role will be varied. You should be comfortable supporting both marketing initiatives and day-to-day administrative tasks when required.

- Develop and implement lead-generation initiatives to attract prospective students and parents and build awareness of Asterclass Academy.
- Track enquiries and leads, working with the team to improve the journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Identify new marketing channels, partnerships, communities and opportunities that can support business growth.
