Front of House - Boutique Luxury Hotel
A great opportunity has arisen to join a highly-rated independently-owned hotel in Cheltenham. Cotswold Grange is a 20 bedroom boutique hotel with a cosy bar; a stunning function room; and outdoor terrace.
You will work predominantly front-of-house and support the team running a smooth operation at all times. Key tasks include - management of reception; checking-in guests; bar service; breakfast & event service; using the property management system; being the friendly welcoming host to guests, ensuring high levels of service are consistently delivered.
Shifts will vary, days/shifts are scheduled on a rota basis and will include some weekends.
You should be a punctual and reliable team player with strong communication skills, and a positive can do attitude. You will be part of a small multi-skilled team who deliver great customer service and continually exceed expectations.

- Previous hospitality/customer service experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Bar service and events
- Check in, reception and enquiries
- Assisting in all departments as required
- Ensuring high levels of service are consistently delivered
- Handling any guest issues and queries in a professional manner
- Ensuring operational standards are maintained
