We are looking for an experienced, friendly and professional bartender to take charge of the bar at a private birthday party for approximately 50 guests.
The party starts at 6:00 pm, with drinks served from a converted caravan bar. You will arrive at 4:00 pm to fully prepare, organise and stock the bar before guests arrive, manage drinks service throughout the evening, and complete a reasonable close-down and tidy-up at the end.
The bar will serve wine, beer, prosecco, spirits and mixed drinks such as classic cocktails and mocktails, together with a small, pre-agreed selection of cocktails and mocktails.
We will provide the alcohol, mixers, glassware and bar supplies. We would welcome your input beforehand to help finalise the cocktail/mocktail menu and advise on quantities of alcohol, mixers, ice, garnishes and anything else required.
We are looking for someone with good professional bartending experience, ideally at private parties, weddings or events, who is confident making cocktails and capable of independently setting up, organising and running a private bar.
You should be friendly, personable and well presented, and comfortable providing an efficient and professional drinks service for around 50 guests.
Please apply with a brief summary of your bartending experience, any relevant private-event experience, and confirmation of your availability on Sunday 30 August 2026. Please also let us know if you have your own professional bartending equipment.
