The Team
A&M's UK R&D Tax Services team brings together a mix of tax specialists, finance professionals and technically focused subject matter experts. The team has a strong track record of supporting businesses in accessing UK innovation incentives and works closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally.
We support both large and small organisations with their R&D claims. Our work spans a wide variety of clients, from complex corporate structures to high-growth SMEs, advising across both of the UK's R&D tax regimes.
As the R&D landscape continues to evolve-with increased HMRC scrutiny, legislative changes and a more complex tax environment-practical, experience-led advice is critical. Our team is well equipped to guide businesses through these challenges and help them unlock the full benefit of available incentives.
How you will contribute
As a Manager within our R&D practice, you will:
Prepare and review detailed claim analyses, technical narratives and HMRC submission documentation, ensuring claims are robust, well-evidenced and compliant.
