Working Pattern: Full-time | Monday - Thursday - 8am to 4pm - Friday - 8am - 3:30pm

We're looking for a Facilities Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations across one or more sites, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards and in line with contractual and client requirements.
- Manage and support the operational delivery of facilities services across single.
- Ensure all services are delivered in line with legal, statutory, and client requirements
- Respond promptly and effectively to daily operational challenges, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Maintain high standards of performance, health and safety, and compliance across all service areas
- Act as the key point of contact for resolving site issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage various small work and lifecycle projects to support the clients upkeeping standards.
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- Strong and relevant experiences within Facilities Management.
- Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry.
- Strong exposure within Health & Safety and compliance to a high level.
- Excellent knowledge within the Electrical and/or Mechanical field.
- Ability to meet compliance requirements, including eligibility for BPSS and SC Clearance.
- Excellent personal skills and communications skills.
- Using a CAFM and operating within a PFI or defence position would be desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
- Confident communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
