Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch customer service.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Knowledge of basic maths for order taking and bill calculation
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
- Culinary knowledge or willingness to learn about menu items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a helpful attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
