Key skills & experience required:
- Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst in retail banking, challenger banking or FinTechs
- Must have experience with cards (debit, credit, etc.), experience working on a cards proposition a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to see things through
- Ability to adapt quickly, work to tight timelines, and work in unstructured environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to forge relationships quickly with key stakeholders
