Due to a continued busy period an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plant Fitter join our team. The successful individual must take pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail.
Reporting directly to the workshop manager and working within a small motivated team, candidates will ideally have:
· Have a background in repairing and maintaining agricultural, forestry or plant machinery.
· NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
· Have a good understanding of hydraulics and auto electrics.
· Be comfortable in a customer facing role installing and commissioning machinery on site.
· Possess good spoken and written communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships at all levels.
· Be practical, highly motivated and quick thinking with a proactive approach to all tasks.
· Have efficient time management and flexibility to get the job done.
Expectations will include:
· Occasional UK wide travel and ad hoc nights away from home.
· Installing, Commissioning, Repairing, Preparing, Demonstrating machines and equipment.
