Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Home-based (Greater Manchester travel required)

At Invest MultiLet Property Management, alongside our sister company Property Portfolio Building, we manage high-performing HMO portfolios for working professionals.
We are not a traditional letting agent. We run a tight, systems-led operation focused on performance, compliance, and results.
We are growing quickly and expect the people we bring in to grow with us. This is not a passive role, it’s for someone who wants responsibility, ownership, and progression.
The Role
This role is for someone organised, resilient, and comfortable taking ownership. You will be responsible for keeping properties, tenants, and systems running properly, not just ticking boxes.
You will be out on site regularly across Greater Manchester, so a car is essential.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will:
- Take full ownership of tenant experience and standards across your portfolio
- Carry out inspections, check-ins, and check-outs properly and on time
- Identify issues early and deal with them, not pass them on
- Manage maintenance from report through to resolution
- Ensure all compliance and certifications are up to date
- Keep systems accurate, updated, and usable

- Fast resolution of maintenance and tenant queries

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (non-negotiable)
- Based within reach of Greater Manchester
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using systems and tech

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
