We’re looking for friendly, confident and reliable people to join the Little Monster team across our two venues:
Little Monster Tap – Chichester
Our lively city-centre taproom with craft beer, events, live music and a great mix of regulars and visitors.
Little Monster by the Bay – Bracklesham Bay
Our relaxed seaside taproom and restaurant, serving drinks alongside stone-baked pizzas, burgers and small plates.

THE ROLE
This is much more than just pouring pints. We want people who enjoy hospitality, are comfortable chatting to customers and genuinely care about creating a great atmosphere.
Your role will include:
- Serving drinks and providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Getting to know our beers, wines, spirits and other drinks
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Keeping the bar, tables and customer areas clean and welcoming
- Restocking fridges and preparing the bar for service
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Supporting events, live music and busy weekend sessions
- Working alongside the rest of the team to keep everything running smoothly
- Being confident talking to customers and helping create the relaxed, welcoming Little Monster atmosphere

Previous bar or hospitality experience would be great, but personality and attitude are just as important to us. Training can be provided for the right person.
HOURS
Part-time positions available, with hours depending on availability.
Evening and weekend availability is important, particularly during our busier summer months and events.
