Assistant Club Manager – Lead the Energy!

What You’ll Be Doing
As Assistant Club Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success and performance of the club. You’ll lead a dedicated team including our Club Manager, Membership Advisors, Personal Trainers and Cleaning Team, ensuring the club runs smoothly and delivers an outstanding member experience every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Driving membership growth through sales strategies and lead generation
- Planning and achieving KPI targets while celebrating team success
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure the club runs efficiently
- Maintaining high standards across cleanliness, equipment and facilities
- Building strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and supporting their fitness journeys
- Representing the club in the local community to build brand awareness and attract new members
- Ensuring health and safety compliance with regular checks and procedures
- Creating a welcoming, motivating club atmosphere where people feel inspired to train
About You
You’re a natural leader who brings positivity, motivation and drive to everything you do. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy motivating both teams and members to achieve their goals.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in fitness, sales, management or marketing
- A passion for health and fitness
- A target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A friendly, approachable personality
- Confidence in motivating teams and building relationships
- Flexibility to work weekends when required
