Job Overview
We are seeking 2 x skilled and dependable Handymen/women to join our team. Our current role is based in the Chester area but can extend further afield from time to time. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair work across our residential properties. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with diverse practical skills to contribute to the upkeep and improvement of our properties. The position is suitable for those who take pride in delivering high quality workmanship efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities Can Include
- Carpentry / joinery tasks including repairs, installations, and modifications.
- Roofing repairs and maintenance work.
- Painting and cosmetic works (such as some tiling) to enhance property aesthetics.
- Plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, installing fixtures, and maintaining pipes.
- Minor masonry work including patching, and restoring surfaces.
- Minor electrical tasks such as installing switches, outlets, or lighting fixtures (where qualified).
- Maintaining the site area overall and property cleanliness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in any relevant areas.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for diverse maintenance tasks. Own tools will be required.
- Good attention to detail and a care for great workmanship.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Valid driving licence with own transport is essential.
- A proactive attitude towards safety protocols and quality standards is essential.

Pay: £140.00-£180.00 per day
