Multi-Skilled Tradesman Wanted
Full-time permanent position available for contracts throughout the North West. We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our team. Candidates must be time served, hold relevant trade qualifications, and have experience working on both occupied and unoccupied domestic properties.The successful candidate will be required to carry out general building and maintenance works to all aspects of domestic properties, including:
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- Bricklaying
- Flagging
- Groundworks
- Labouring
- General repairs and maintenance
- Other multi-trade duties as required
Excellent customer care skills are essential, along with a neat and tidy approach to work.
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence essential
- Must supply own tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and professional attitude
Company vehicle provided.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.Successful applicants must apply for and pass a basic DBS check prior to employment. The cost of the DBS check will be refunded by the employer once received.
Pay: £35,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
