We are recruiting one full time Assertive Outreach Community Mental Health clinical team leader based in the Nottingham city locality. The specific base remains subject to ongoing mobilisation work for the Assertive Outreach pathway.
Working in collaboration with the Team Leader and members of the wider Assertive Outreach workforce, Early Intervention Psychosis teams and Local Mental Health workforce, the Clinical Team Lead will be contribute to the clinical oversight of the service to ensure high patient safety and quality standards.
The post holder will provide supervision and support the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high quality and safe patient centred care and provide senior leadership within the service.

To provide continuing support to the team leader in the clinical management, leadership and development responsibilities ensuring the effective delivery of clinical/evidence-based practice by the team to a diverse group of patients, their families and carers, in accordance with quality practice and procedures. Ensuring all performance management and clinical governance arrangements are in place.
