Operative (Days)
Location: Plymouth, Devon
Full Time (Day Shift - Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm)

About Dartmouth Foods:
We are a UK processor of premium; slow-cooked roast-on-the-bone shredded, pulled and diced meats and a range of refined fats.
In our busy food processing plant, our Operatives work on hot and cold production. processing and packaging lines, ensuring our products are produced to the highest quality.
We are passionate about the quality of our products, food safety and supply chain excellence.
Requirements / Experience for the Operative role:
- Manual handling in a Hot/Cold environment
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Have the ability to work on your own
- Be flexible in all working area's
- Known knowledge of manufacturing production and processes
- Have the ability to work well with others within and across other team(s)
- Have physical skills like movement, coordination and dexterity
- Good time management and attendance.
- Ability to cope with changes in demands and circumstance.

· You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to pursue this job role, but we do value individuals who have basic numeracy and English literacy skills.
