Sixes combines world-class cricket technology with premium food, drink and entertainment. Our London Bridge venue sits at the heart of a thriving corporate market, and we're looking for a commercially driven Sales & Events Manager to own it.
This isn't an account management role. It's a growth driver position — you'll be building a corporate client base from the ground up, converting high-value opportunities, and delivering events that keep clients coming back. You'll have direct ownership of London Bridge events revenue, the autonomy to go after the right clients your way, and the full backing of an operations team to make every event land.
If you've got strong commercial instincts, genuine relationship-building ability, and the drive to hit and exceed ambitious targets, this is a role you'll thrive in.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Operations, you'll take full ownership of sales and events revenue at London Bridge. Your focus will be on corporate clients – businesses, agencies and event planners looking for group bookings, exclusive hire or recurring event partnerships. You'll also plan and host your own events: FAM trips, networking evenings and showcase occasions designed to get the right people through the door and convert them into long-term clients.
Crucially, you'll own the full client journey – from first point of contact through to post-event follow-up – including a tight handover to the venue operations team so every event is delivered to the standard you've promised.
What You'll Do
Revenue & Pipeline
- Own London Bridge events revenue, with full accountability for monthly and annual sales targets.
- Proactively identify and convert high-value corporate clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals and local prospecting.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients, responding to enquiries with pace and commercially sharp proposals.
- Drive repeat business and account growth, positioning yourself as the go-to partner for corporate events in the area.
Event Planning & Delivery
- Plan, host and deliver FAM trips, networking evenings and client showcase events that generate new commercial opportunities.
- Manage all event logistics end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
- Brief the venue operations team thoroughly ahead of every event, ensuring a clean, complete handover so client expectations are fully understood and delivered on.
- Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to confirm all setup, F&B and guest experience elements are in place.
- Be present at key events and client visits to manage the relationship in person where it matters.
Client Relationships & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records across all client interactions, pipeline activity and confirmed bookings.
- Produce regular sales reports – tracking enquiry volume, conversion rates and revenue vs. target – shared with the Head of Operations.
- Represent Sixes at external networking events and industry functions to grow brand visibility and your client portfolio.
- Proactively seek client feedback after every event and use it to improve future delivery.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in B2B sales or events sales, ideally in hospitality, venues or experiential.
- A genuine hunter mentality: you build your own pipeline, you don't wait for it to come to you.
- Strong relationship management skills – you're the kind of person clients want to deal with.
- Confident presenting and proposing, with the commercial sharpness to negotiate and close.
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle an active pipeline and live event delivery simultaneously.
- Comfortable working closely with an operations team and taking accountability for the full client experience.
Why Sixes
- A genuinely differentiated product in a competitive market – it sells itself once clients see it.
- Real autonomy to build your client base and shape your own commercial strategy.
- A brand with new momentum – growing corporate demand, and a team that backs its people.
- A London Bridge location that puts you in the centre of one of the city's most active corporate markets.
