At our nurturing and forward‑thinking Alternative Provision, we are dedicated to creating a learning environment where every child is seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. We blend evidence‑based approaches such as phonics‑led literacy, LEGO‑based therapy, and emotional regulation development with a rich, exploratory curriculum designed to spark curiosity and rebuild confidence. Our team works creatively and compassionately to meet pupils exactly where they are, helping them reconnect with learning through hands‑on experiences, personalised pathways, and meaningful relationships.
We are now seeking a passionate, resilient, and child‑centred learner mentor to join us in shaping a provision where every learner can grow, belong, and succeed.
