Cornerstone Fire Systems Limited are currently seeking a Senior Fire Biased Account Manager – Band 4.
Preferred Experience. 10+ years previous experience in the Fire Systems Industry.
Required Experience.
High levels of Operational, administrative, or engineering expertise in the fire detection systems industry.
Be able to:
- create cost sheets and create electronic quotations with support from manufacturers and internal cornerstone technical / engineering teams as required.
- read and understand engineering reports and applicable Fire industry standards.
- liaise with internal and external engineers and contractors as required.
- Have excellent and current Microsoft suite skills in an office environment.
- Practical competencies in basic accounting and job costing processes and software. Practical understanding of electronic security systems is preferred.
Salary: BAND 4: Subject to Experience.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Proactively pursue new business, as well as maintaining customer relations, to generate a minimum of £ 550K + of billable sales, with an overall expectation of profitability on all revenue.
- Your customer base will consist of opportunities created by you and provided to you.
- Manage and maintain all written and verbal customer communications directly associated with your own portfolio, customer base or region.
- As requested, provide cover support to other Account Managers at BAND 3 and above.
- To immediately report and react to any client enquiries quickly and professionally, making every effort to ensure that all enquiries are swiftly resolved to the client’s satisfaction and immediate safety requirements.
- Work within a team, share knowledge, encourage best practices, and help develop techniques with other customer service staff members at all levels as required.
