ASCS Cornwall Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Communal Cleaner to join our friendly team, cleaning the communal areas of large residential apartment blocks across the Salcombe area.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Professional, polite and well-presented.
- Able to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
The Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within communal areas, including:
- Hoovering and mopping floors.
- Cleaning skirting boards.
- Removing marks from walls and doors.
- Removing cobwebs.
- General cleaning of communal areas to a high standard.
Hours:
3 hours fortnightly with an additional 30 minutes once a month.
