We are currently seeking to recruit Health Care Assistants to join the team to provide residents with exceptional, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

About You
To join our team you will have experience within a Nursing and Residential care home setting.
You will preferably hold an NVQ 2 qualification (though not essential)
You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
You will have the right to remain within the UK.

The recruitment process aims to create and maintain a safe workforce and contains robust vetting procedures. The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and enhanced DBS check.
Pay: £13.00-£13.13 per hour
