Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our growing construction team. This is a varied role working across residential and commercial projects, including new builds, extensions, renovations, landscaping and external works. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, practical construction experience and be confident carrying out a wide range of site duties while supporting skilled trades.

Duties & Responsibilities
● Carry out general labouring duties on construction sites.
● Assist bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers, landscapers and other trades as required.
● Prepare and maintain construction sites, ensuring work areas remain clean, organised and safe.
● Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment around site.
● Assist with demolition, site clearance and waste removal.
● Carry out basic construction tasks under supervision.
● Operate hand tools, power tools and small plant safely and efficiently.
● Assist with groundworks, drainage, foundations and concrete works.
● Support landscaping works including paving, fencing, turfing, planting and general external works.
● Assist with setting out, measuring and preparing materials.
● Help receive deliveries and safely store materials on site.
● Follow instructions from site managers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
● Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Skills & Experience
● Previous experience as a construction labourer or skilled labourer.
● Experience within residential or commercial construction is preferred.
● Practical knowledge of construction methods and general site operations.
● Confident using hand tools, power tools and small plant equipment.
● Experience assisting multiple trades on active construction sites.
● Experience in landscaping, groundworks or external works is beneficial but not essential.
● Physically fit with the ability to undertake manual work and lift heavy materials.
● Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
● Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
● Full UK driving licence preferred.

Pay: £100.00-£150.00 per day
