Summary
We are seeking a SEND Compliance Manager to join our team at OMG Education in Great Britain. This vital role involves ensuring our special educational needs programs meet regulatory standards and support our mission of inclusive education, helping students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
To coordinate and oversee SEND compliance processes across all school sites, including EHCP administration, annual reviews, provision mapping and statutory documentation.
· To maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential pupil records in line with statutory requirements, school policies and data protection expectations.
· To support leaders in meeting Independent School Standards, SEND responsibilities and local authority reporting requirements across the organisation.
· To act as a key administrative and compliance link between school staff, families, external professionals and local authorities across all sites.
