Lead development and portfolio transactions
- Manage due diligence and risk reviews
- Draft and negotiate property documents
- Advise Registered Providers on development matters
- Support business development and mentoring

Qualified solicitor, 3+ years' PQE
- Property development or transactional experience
- Strong drafting and stakeholder skills
- Commercial, practical approach to risk
- Able to manage multiple matters effectively

Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities
- For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities
