Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Trainee or Qualified Dental Nurse to join our friendly dental practice. Duties
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials prior to appointments
- Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilisation of equipment and surfaces
- Provide patients with information regarding treatments and post-treatment care in a clear and compassionate manner
- Support patients throughout their visit, addressing any concerns or queries effectively
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and administrative tasks using IT systems
- Ensure the clinical environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Support the team in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patients
Requirements
- Previous experience in nursing or healthcare is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for trainees
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient care and confidentiality
- Good IT skills for managing patient records and administrative duties
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions accurately

Pay: £12.21-£14.50 per hour
