OFP have a new job opening for an afternoon Cleaner. The details of the role are outlined below.
Job Title: Cleaner
Afternoon cleaner required
Cleaning days are Monday to Friday for 2 – 2.5 hours each day, for a total of 10 – 12.5 hours working hours per week. Hours can be agreed between 2pm and 5pm to suit the applicant.
The rate is £12.71 per hour.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Hoovering and emptying bins in the production areas, disposing all rubbish bags into the provided skips.
· Clean and dust step over areas including locker tops and emptying bins.
· Cleaning of main corridor windows.
· Cleaning of staff canteen which involves sweeping/hoovering and mopping the area, wiping counter tops, tables and sink area, emptying bins.
· Cleaning of staff toilet facilities, which involves cleaning and disinfecting the toilets, urinals and sinks, regular wiping down of pipes and surrounding areas, cleaning the mirrors, ensuring adequate toilet rolls are available, sweeping and mopping the floor, emptying bins.
· Some additional duties may be required as they arise.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
· Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
· Attention to detail required.
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to follow H&S standards essential.
